On the palate it is fresh, encompassing, with certain saline touches and long acidity. The mixture of both elements shows a citric combination that makes the wine, if possible, even longer." Sketch is made from Albario grape variety. The grapes come from old vines between 60 and 80 years old planted near the sea giving a salty
