Ricci Curbastro Franciacorta Brut NV natural then aged for 10 months60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc, 9% Pinot Noir, 1% Erbamat Brilliant straw yellow with rich, abundant foam and a fine persistent bead. The nose is slightly floral, elegant, and notably intense with notes of yeast and freshly baked bread. The palate is structured, but smooth and creamy, even in its dry texture, with fruity notes and a long balanced finish. Farming is organic. Ages on the lees for at least 24 months (32 months total from harvest)
