We have not been able to find this part for some on its own from Land Rover ( you may need to buy the whole bodykit ) so not sure of the equivalent part number for this item

These door handle covers WILL fit 2005 Range Rover Sport models with the ( 1 piece ) door handles ( small dimension at hinge end - see pictures )

These covers are moulded to fit over the existing adjustment buttons and simply stick into place
