Set outdoors, with all the lushness of a Mona Lisa, this little painting astounds at the fine detail and intricate landscape. The artist was as interested in her hat, eyes, and striped sleeves as in the foliage. All together, with a consideration that her face is only 1 2" in height, a bit of a masterpiece. In its time, this artist must have been in demand, though we have no signature. Consider, if you will, that I've enlarged
