It makes the stool softer and easier to pass, by drawing water into the bowel. It is not absorbed into your body. Usage And Safety Dosage Adults : Initially 15ml twice daily . Children : Under 1 yr , 2. 5ml , 1 4yr , 5ml , 5 10yr , 10ml. All twice Daily.
