The diamond paste still has a nice sparkle and it's bordered by a silver star frame. The brooch pin is made from base metal and functions well. The item weighs approx. 13. 13g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As be expected with age, the item has some minor chips on it, mainly on the outer edge.
