Boplaas 7 Year Old Single Cask Exclusive 43yo structuring the spicy cinnamonOur fourth whisky collaboration with South African distillery Boplaas (not counting our brandy and port release), this single grain whisky was matured in 3rd and 4th fill ex bourbon barrels for 5 years and a further 2. 5 years in a new American oak 200 litre barrel from Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky.
