Timothee Stroebel, Pour Toi Brut Nature Shiraz Even older vines here plantedPlace: Champagne, France Grape: Pinot Meunier + Pinot Noir + Chardonnay Vibe: Elite More generously textured, a little more oxidative but driven by a great acid line. A sibling to Triptyque in terms of site and soil, but Meunier gives colour and fully dominates the palate. No bad thing. Red apple skin bitters and spice shine above a subtle fizz. With air this becomes something to behold. ABV: 12%
